The Palo Verde Park Neighborhood spans an area from Broadway Blvd. in the North to 22nd St. in the South, and from Kolb Road in the East to Wilmot Road in the West. Our neighborhood includes more than 1,700 households, more than 100 businesses, several schools, churches and organizations.
